Characteristic:

The first three-axis stabilization system Futaba GYA460 for RC aircraft models.  Supports 3 flight modes.  Includes a 3-axis gyro and 3-axis MEMS accelerometer. The stabilization system is easily adjustable, so it can handle even a beginner in RC models. Compatible with all brands of RC receiver, you do not necessarily use Futaba radio system.

GYA460 can be operated as a receiver system over Futaba S.BUS, so other receivers with conventional PWM output (e.g. Spectrum).  As input signals are used aileron (2 independent inputs for left and right aileron), elevator and rudder.  Gyro operating mode is set via an independent input.  In case of S.BUS S.BUS2 bus or just a gyro connected to the receiver with only one cable.

On gyrus are set to gain control independently for all three axes including the terms of a compensation using miniature Potentiometer.  There is therefore no need for programming using a computer and the like.  It suffices to set the gains using potentiometers and it's done.

Gyro supports both classical arrangement of the wings and the RC models with elevons (flying wing).  Gyro must be placed in the body longitudinally - horizontally or vertically (you can choose from 4 positions).  Box to attach the RC model over foam double-sided adhesive tape, which dampens any vibrations from the engine.  Stabilization system Futaba GYA460 is recommended to electric model airplanes, RC model to the internal combustion engine can be installed only after GYA460 eliminate vibrations from the engine - EG. A thicker layer of foam.

There are 3 modes of function gyro GYA460 - governed by a free channel when using bus S.BUS / 2 is the 5th channel.

1.  Beginner mode: This mode allows beginners facilitates management model.  Gyro limits the maximum tilt model in all axes at 80 degrees (full deflection = max. 80 ° inclination), after moving the transmitter stick to neutral model in the line levels.  If you move all of the sticks to neutral model is compared and fly horizontally.

2.  Gyro-Off: This mode means that the procedure does not use a gyro or accelerometer.  RC management model is fully in the hands of the pilot.  This mode is used for intermediate pilots or as an emergency mode when experimenting with setting stabilization.

3.  3D mode: This mode uses only 3-axis gyro that helps acrobatic elements (hovering, knife-years) or eliminates the effect of wind and random gusts.  Pilot and ultimately gain greater confidence in management and the faster they learn to fly precisely those elements.

Characteristics stabilization system Futaba GYA460 for RC aircraft models:

•  Very simple setup that can handle everyone.  No need for any programming via computer.
•  Can be used in any RC model airplane
•  Compatible with standard receiver with PWM outputs (Spektrum,Hitec,JR and S.BUS / S.BUS2 receiver Futaba
•  Four options for placement of the receiver in the model
•  Support independent aileron control - you can use the aileron differentiation!
•  Support for both classical arrangement of the wings (the carrier and tail) and
•  Three flight modes - see above
•  The package also includes all connecting cables, there is no need to purchase anything
•  Miniature size and low weight makes installation even in confined hulls RC models
•  The output stabilizing system consists of a standard PWM signal with a period of 20 ms.  You can also use the analog servos, but obviously better results are achieved with the fast digital servos.

Channel order using the use of Futaba S.BUS:

1.  Aileron (AIL)
2.  Elevator (ELE)
3.  Gas (THR) - not used
4.  Rudder (RUD)
5.  Gyro mode (MODE) mode selection - Beginner, Gyro-Off and 3D
6.  Aileron 2 (AIL2) - if you want to use an independent aileron control
