HS1109 Swash Plate Ball bearing Set

Specification:
●Metal cover x 1
●Metal stand x 1
●Grommet x 2
●Linkage ball x 4
●Cross screw x 4(M2x6.5)
●Ball bearing x 1(Φ5xΦ10x7mm)

Replacement method:

1.Please disassemble the original metal
swashplate and then put on gloves. Toast the
joint of the base and the bearing with a lighter
for 15 seconds. It makes more easiler to
disassemble.

2.Put a screw driver(#101 for the best size)
through the bearing and the handle stock on the
base.

3.Hold the base of swashplate by one hand and
knock on the screw driver the other hand by the
other hand for making the base and bearing
separate.

4.Use Knife to clean up the remain of glue R48
on the bearing.

5.Apply glue R48 on inside of the bearing.

6.Insert a brand new ball bearing set into the
bearing and then wipe surplus off. After that,
inspect if the assembly is in a correct angle
and keep it horizontally until next day.
Finally, assemble it into your heli and fly.
