Design Concept:
Our designers apply the sandwich principle and use composite materials to make the propellers.
Mould:
We imported the steels from Germany and Japan to make the moulds.
Centre Hub:
The centre hub is made of polyoxymethylene resin, very strong and can not cause compressed cracks.
Right and Left Edge:
Inside the propeller is epoxy resin, not hollow, the finish is a beautiful high gloss, clear epoxy gel-coat cover 3 storied 3K Black woven carbon fibre fabric.
Balance:
Our propellers are CNC machined, and then hand finished to balance.
All Props are factory balanced.
