Used to balance cells in a 2S or 3S pack.
It identifies unbalanced cells and redirects charging current to bring all cells in the pack to an equal state of being fully charge.
To be connected to pack while being charged with a conventional LiPo charger.

1.0 SCOPE
This is a technical specification of the WorleyParsons (AES) Li-Po Cell Balancer.
2.0 FUNCTION
The Lithium Polymer Cell Balancer is a processor based battery pack balancer that identifies cells in a pack that may be at different charge levels to the other cell (s) in the pack. Once identified, the charging current is shunted in such a way to bring all cells to an equal state of charge without overcharging any cells. This balancer will also alarm if the voltage of all connected cells exceed 4.25v/cell in a case of defective or incorrectly set charger.
